Store policies
These policies govern every order placed on RivoxStore. You must accept them at checkout before placing an order.
1. Orders and acceptance
An order is placed when you complete checkout after agreeing to these policies, and is confirmed by email. We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in JD and include the product only; any delivery fee is shown separately at checkout before you confirm. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
3. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
4. Returns and exchanges
There is no possibility of return or exchange, because you can inspect the product once you receive it.
5. Privacy
We use your name, contact details, and address only to process and deliver your orders and to send order updates. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
6. Changes to these policies
We may update these policies from time to time. The version shown at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
