Store policies
These policies govern every order placed on RivoxStore. You must accept them at checkout before placing an order.
1. Orders and acceptance
An order is placed when you complete checkout after agreeing to these policies, and is confirmed by email. We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and include the product only; any delivery fee is shown separately at checkout before you confirm. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
3. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may extend during sales and holidays. You'll receive status updates by email as your order moves from pending to processing, shipped, and delivered.
4. Returns and exchanges
You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery, provided the jersey is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags. Jerseys personalized with a custom name or number cannot be returned unless defective. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
5. Sizing
Our jerseys use Thai sizing, which runs about one size smaller than European sizing. Please check the size chart before ordering. If you order a size that doesn't fit, an exchange is possible but the customer covers the return shipping cost.
6. Garment care
Please follow the washing instructions page. Damage resulting from improper care — peeled prints, shrinking, or color bleed — is not covered by returns or exchanges.
7. Privacy
We use your name, contact details, and address only to process and deliver your orders and to send order updates. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
8. Changes to these policies
We may update these policies from time to time. The version shown at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
